Your website's code (software) must be kept up to date. Websites maintained by EzTen are updated as new updates and security patches become available.
If we are Maintaining your website, we will apply any necessary patches and updates to software running on your website, if your website becomes compromised, we will clean up the affected files and do our best to restore the website to its previous, un-hacked state.
We take a zero tolerance stance against spam, user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with notice.
Sites advertised via SPAM may not be hosted with EzTen. Any account which results in our IP space being blacklisted will be immediately suspended and/or terminated.
EzTen reserves the right to require changes or disable as necessary any web site, account, database, or other component that does not comply with its established policies, or to make any such modifications in an emergency at its sole discretion.
If we are maintaining your website, we maintain backup of your website's data. If we are not-maintaining your website, you are responsible for data backup of all files stored on your hosting account.
You are solely responsible for managing your billing subscription.
Refunds are applicable for the first 3 days of your service subscription or on 1 month of service when no service was performed within 30 days.
EzTen reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with notice.
EzTen reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
