Terms & Conditions

By having an active billing service subscription with EzTen you are accepting our terms of service.

1. Web Hosting

You must keep your website software up to date with the latest updates/upgrades/patches. Even if EzTen developed your website, you as the website owner, are responsible for the software that you are running in your hosting account. These rules are in place so that we can continue to provide quality website hosting to all of our clients. Basically, you should be a good neighbor.

2. Compromised Website

If your website has been hacked or compromised, we will first contact you by email or phone.

• If we are Maintaining your website, we will apply any necessary patches and upgrades to all software running on your website, if your website becomes compromised, we will clean up the affected files and do our best to restore the website to its previous, un-hacked state. You agree to any and all charges related to doing this work.

• If you are Maintaining your website, you are responsible to take care of any and all hacks (do clean up) and apply all available patches yourself. In this case your website will be temporarily taken down until you have had a chance to clean it up. Upon your notification and upon EzTen verification, your site will be put back online as soon as possible.

3. Zero Tolerance Spam Policy

We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. "Safe lists", purchased lists, and selling of lists will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without notice.

Sites advertised via SPAM may not be hosted with EzTen. Any account which results in our IP space being blacklisted will be immediately suspended and/or terminated.

EzTen reserves the right to require changes or disable as necessary any web site, account, database, or other component that does not comply with its established policies, or to make any such modifications in an emergency at its sole discretion.

EzTen reserves the right to charge the holder of the account used to send any unsolicited e-mail a clean up fee or any charges incurred for blacklist removal. This cost of the clean up fee is entirely at the discretion of EzTen.

4. Backups & Data Loss

Your use of this service is at your sole risk. Our backup service runs once a week, overwrites any of our previous backups made, and only one week of backups are kept. This service is provided to you as a courtesy. EzTen is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on your hosting account.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, & Refunds

You are solely responsible for managing your billing subscription. If we hold your billing subscription such as with a manual sign up via credit card.

Refunds are applicable for the first 3 days of your service subscription or on 1 month of service when no service was performed within 30 days.

EzTen reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice.

6. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

EzTen reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
